Hiking
I
LOVE to hike. Hiking is excellent for the body, mind and soul. We are very
fortunate to live in an area so rich in great places to hike right in our own
backyards. From the baylands to a secluded redwood forest - we have it all.
I offer a variety of fun hikes at very reasonable prices. Sign up early for
space is very limited.

Gentle Hikes
These hikes are in beautiful locations with gentle or no
hills. They are perfect for those who have physical challenges or may be new to
fitness. They are approximately 1 - 2 miles long, easy to get to and the pace of
the hike is easy. The hikes will take about an hour.

Power Hikes
These hikes are aimed toward people interested in
increasing their cardio-vascular conditioning. These hikes will range from 3 - 6
miles and will take 1 - 2 hours to complete. The terrain will contain
significant elevation changes and we will utilize intervals to increase
endurance.

Trailing Running/Hiking
These hikes are designed for the advanced hiker who wants
to add some trail running intervals to the hike. These hikes will range from 3 -
6 miles and will take about an hour to complete. You'll get a lot of bang for
the buck on this one.

Meditative Hikes
Connect with your spiritual being. These wonderful hikes
are done in silence. The pace is relaxed and the hikes will take
approximately one hour to complete. Warning! These hikes are very addictive!

Photography Hikes
These beautiful hikes will be in areas rich in scenery and
wildlife. They will be of moderate pace and may cover 2 - 4 miles in 1 - 2
hours. I will provide expert photographic advice from my experience as a
professional photographer.
