Personal Training via the internet

Internet-based training is a convenient, cost effective way to obtain  professional training. It consists of customized workouts designed in accordance to the client’s individualized fitness program.  Detailed instructions with accompanying graphics for each workout are sent by email. New workouts can be emailed to you automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Support for this training is available via email or by phone.

I recommend that internet-based clients receive at least 2 personal sessions prior to setting up internet-based training. This is to enable me to assess the client's level of fitness, goals, and to create a safe and effective individualized fitness program. It also allows me to provide detailed instruction on the proper form for performing the exercises.

I strongly encourage clients to obtain periodic follow-up sessions to monitor progress and to ensure the effectiveness of the individualized programs. Bad habits are easier to avoid than break.
